License to heif20.com. To operate, secure, and improve the Website, you grant heif20.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, reproduce, process, adapt, translate, and display User Material for: performing requested conversions, operating and improving the service, ensuring reliability and security, and complying with legal obligations. This license ends when your User Material is deleted from our systems, subject to legal retention requirements and routine backups.

Monitoring. heif20.com does not undertake to pre-screen User Material but may remove or restrict access to any material or suspend access in its discretion to address violations, legal requirements, or security concerns.

5. File Processing; Retention and Deletion

Processing. The Website offers tools to analyze and convert supported file types. Outcomes may vary based on source quality, format, and other technical factors.

Temporary Storage. Files may be temporarily stored during processing. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, heif20.com endeavors to delete processed files and temporary copies within a commercially reasonable period after completion.

Backups. Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a limited time and are routinely purged.

No Archival Service. The Website is not intended for long-term storage. You are responsible for retaining your own copies of files and outputs.

Cap. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, heif20.com’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
